I am thankful for a great smokefree two days. It has been busy but I have held on to my quit. I have learned that I really want a smoke when I shop. Strange but I guess it is a trigger for me. I have had the little whispers that say "Come on just go get a pack! It's ok everybody has something." That is my ugly nico demon "Helga" showing her crap once again.
