Well, today is Mother's Day and my wife of 27 years asked me to finally make the commitment and to quit smoking. I went and bout the patch to help with cravings. Will start exercising tomorrow. I quit chewing after 18 years cold turkey. I quit vaping after 4 years cold turkey. Been smoking regularly for 4 years. I'll admit I am apprehensive, but I am done and will do anything for my lady. Here's to DAY 1!!
