Today was a good day for the fact that I did not smoke, other then that the day did have a bit to be desired, lol. Morning went well, no cigs or coffee, which did cause a slight headache in the early afternoon. I chewed one of those commit things up when Salena was over- which I do not suggest to anyone, lol- and that is all of those I used all day. The two lollypops I ate did seem to help. I even held the lollypop stick like a cig in my hand for a while. I slept like I had not slept in forever and did seem to eat myself to a nap yesterday bout 1PM- so sleep is good. I ate a ton of veggies and drank water all day...
