Day 75 not feeling too great. I woke up Saturday morning coughing, sneezing and had a touch of a sore throat. I was thinking... hmmm.. maybe just allergies or change of weather here in AZ. Then. yesterday, gradually started feeling worse, then today full blown coughing from deep in my chest. I've had bronchitis when I was a smoker but this is new to me as a non smoker. I'm drinking lemon with honey in hot water which is soothing. Even though I'm dragging, I forced myself to take a walk in the park today because I was feeling cooped up, craving the fresh air outside.
Chicen Soup has been my friend the last couple of days. I'm hoping that this will be short-lived.
