For all of you who think you can't quit due to living with a smoker I'm telling you YOU CAN!! My husband has been respectful (to a certain point) and does not smoke in the house when I am here. Lay down the law to your spouse or whoever you are living with. Give yourself a chance to be happy and healthy,
I did have a few AHA moments this week. I walk a few times at work and I walked past a few of the smokers who were coming in from smoking and man they stunk. Yes I said they stunk instead of smelling good to me. Ahhhhh I loved that moment.
I can't tell you how good I feel, it's amazing. Give yourself the respect and the chance to do this for YOU!! I abused my body for so many years now it's time I started to respect it.
