Hello Family,
This is my 2nd attempt to quit, so far so good. The first time I relapsed on 28th day (alcohol and casino). Hell week this time seems weaker than the first time. Maybe its bacause I got back on the horse as soon as I relapsed. The cravings are stronger at nights for me and on the weekends. I exercise almost every night, its help a lot. But in the end I'm the one in control of this quit. I will protect it at all cost. I can't wait until 130+ days. I went back to church on Sunday. Helps my quit.
