Morning Nancy,

The breathing is getting easier again. My right ear is starting to gain top end frequencies that have been missing for a few months and my sinuses are clearing. I haven't snored in 5 nights either.

Doesn't take much math, does it?

I'm done with this rubbish now. Disappointed with myself too, as this should be day, like, 270 odd as well. Bit of catching up to do, is all.

I'll see you at the bell curve of evolution soon!

Amazing how quickly the breathing comes back.  Remember that, because it’s easy to lose sight of down the road.  Also – your teeth do get whiter.  So check out that molar that you were thinking of parting with.  Sounds like you have it locked down this time.

Hey Chris,

Yep, the front ones - or ones I am okay looking at (!) are whiter. The molar has all but shut up now. Which is such relief. I do have it locked this time. Although, with experience of really trying last time, I now know this bit? Right now? Is a walk in the park compared to NML.

Glad I got a feel of it already.

Going to 15mg patches tomorrow.

Gonna be a little bumpy, but... you know.

So what? Eh? We're all of us going to better places.
