 I can't believe I got through the weekend with only one minor slip...I am really proud of myself...now to get through today.

wow that's great, I will find this site I went too, It may help make it easier to quit, I was reading on  it nd it is very interesting. Just can't temeber the name I'll get back with you.

One day at a time is so right!  It is not easy...but I am doing it!  I know I am going to feel better 🙂  I thank you all for the support.  I don't think I would have been able to do this if it not for this site
