Day 4 - Thank you all for the encouragement on Day One!

So far so good!  I feel great today!  I've dealt with anxiety for many years and I believe now that smoking just made it worse.  Not only am I more calm and focused, but i genuinely feel good.  Now, I will admit, Saturday (day 2) was a difficult day.  A piece of mail sent me overboard and my family says they've never seen me so angry.  I am going to try yoga in the mornings to control that emotion:)
