If your wondering why I'm unsure of my day of quit, my number of days changes at 7pm central time zone. I'm in Colorado mountain time zone with my sister so unsure if it changed at 6pm or not.
Haven't checked in for a couple days. My sister's best friend is dying of cancer and she was going to drive to see her alone. She asked me to come with her so she didn't have to go alone, so I agreed.
Been doing good. Haven't even used an air inhaler. Still don't want to let my guard down.
