I actually had to look up how many days quit I am that happens frequently now and I find it a good sign of being much more comfortable in my quit !
I am having quiet day in my room on fb and on this site . I am grateful for the day off and relaxation . I posted a lot of greeting to my family and friends who live far away from me .
I wish all of you Blessings on this day of Thanksgiving It is a reminder of how grateful I should be every single day !
Since I still cannot figure out how to post on this site I uploaded a thanksgiving message to my profile pic for all of you here on Ex ! I love you all and I thank you so much for being here I am so grateful for the 291 days of freedom I am experiencing and so much of the credit goes to you my friends !
To everyone new God bless you in your quit.... each new day is another day of freedom to be grateful for ! The days will get easier make the commitment and stick to it ! To everyone else keep on keepin' on and God Bless us all !
To anyone having a hard time today, either in there new quit or because of lonliness on this holiday I send up a prayer right now for you ...May the lord shine his light and love upon you... YOU are not alone He is there especially for the hurting and the lonely .....Knock and the door shall be opened for you... He is with you and so are we here on Ex !
