Day 243 thank you !

I want to thank all who congratulated me on my 8 Month anniversary !  You all Rock ! I am so happy you are here !

I was thinking about this journey I have been on and looking back it seems it never has been to hard to bear  even in the beginning . It was work and I know I had some days that were extra difficult but it was always doable ! The key words for me that have been making it different this time are  commitment and freedom !

I met up with a nurse i worked with awhile ago and I told her I had quit smoking in Feb last winter (She is a smoker ) She was genuinely happy for me and asked how I did it, so I told her my quit plan and how i found the Ex -Community she said she was very proud of me and as she was walking away she said "I'm next " ! I think smokers who react like that are the ones who really are wanting to quit or should I say ready to quit . I know I reacted like she did to ppl who had  "Made it " I always asked them how they did it !
