3 weeks in the book and looking forward to a month. Every day is getting better. When I find myself in situations where I would used to smoke it is not so much a craving but a huh, I don't do that any more. I am still staying on guard as I know from all the posts here that a hard craving can hit at any point. NOw that I am approaching No Mans land I am looking for additional advice or guidance to keep this going strong. As a bonus My 45th birthday was yesterday and I think this is the greatest gift I could have ever given myself. Thanks to all of you for your continued support,.
