Wow! 3 weeks! I am doing this! Not saying I haven't had some tough moments, but I want this badly enough that I am fighting through them. Craves are getting less frequent but more intense. I've also been dreaming that I am smoking and am absolutely devastated about it. But, when I wake up I haven't and won't smoke. My husband is still smoking just as much as always and I am intensely aware of how badly smokers smell! This was getting in the way of our intimacy so I finally had to tell him that I can't stand the way he smells after he smokes. He's started washing his hands and brushing his teeth whenever he has a cigarette, which has helped. I have noticed that my yoga practice is improving because I can breath better. My voice is less shaky than it was. I don't feel like I have to constantly chew gum to hide my smoker's breath. My clothes and hair smell great all day! It feels good to be an ex!
