Well the quits going good.  So I decided that I 'd start taking a morning walk.  Nothing big just 15 to 20 minutes around the neighborhood.  It seems to help clear my head.  Which used to be a trigger for me. 

Things are getting easier I don't think about a cig unless I see one.  Then I just tell myself "I don't want to be that person anymore."  And I get through it.  I go to my parents a lot.  You can't smoke in there house and they don't smoke.  So it's an easy place to be.  

I'm off today and have a lot of stuff to do around the house.  I went out Monday and bought myself 2 outfits.  I deserved it!!  I've been working hard.  My sister is going to visit from Texas and I want some new clothes for her visit.  We take lots of pics.
