Good morning, afternoon, evening..wherever you are!!!  Hugs and all that good stuff!  Hope all are having a blessed Sunday!!

I've been off for a few days...been busy.  I did NOT rellapse though...Thank GOD!!!  And, I mean that!  God has really been the reason this time!  

Praying, taking care of my health, (My green juicing)..etc..It ALL plays a Factor!!  

I hope all are doing well and are enjoying their weekend!!  I sure am...SMOKE-FREE!!!!

Yippee, yipeeeeee!! I am so happy for you. I am right behind you celebrating 8 days today...it seems that we start living life...without the cigarettes, and then pretty soon we kind of wean ourselves from checking in on EX constantly. It is good you keep coming back to check in though, you inspire me. Thank you, Dena
