The quit is safe, no problems at all. I am having a wonderful birthday, and just leaving to go to bingo with my daughters. Didn't want a day to go by without blogging but I'll have to catch up on everyone tomorrow. Thanks for being there, my friends, and enjoy the freedom of being smoke-free!!
