After giving myself time to consider all the advice and opinions on my quit date debate blogs, I have changed my quit date to Feb. 22nd. That is the day I stopped smoking. I do feel the vaping is as valid a method as the gum or patches, so I am going with this quit date. I didn't vape today and I was fine without it. No withdrawal or even much thought about it. I hadn't been using it very much, but decided to not use it today. I may use it tomorrow if I feel I need it to keep me from smoking. That is the point for me. To not smoke.
I feel good. I feel better. Trying not to eat too much. I keep reading and learning and putting the days together one day at a time.
