Hi
I have finally quit again! I was on the wagon (as one would say) again for about two months from six months clean, of a earlier qutting attempt.I didnt join a support group then ,and I am hoping this will give me the extra support I need when I get weak. Stop by and say hi and I look forward to reading useful comments from others who are struggling like me to end this, once and far all. I wont say it is easy, because right now it isnt. However, I am hanging in there. I just remind myself it is just a habit every time I think of one.
