Hey all,
Touching base with you all to say thank you for the support as I continue on the quit train! I still feel strong, Ive had very few urges, but I attribute that to the patch. I imagine when I switch to the 7 miligrams in 2 weeks, I will feel a bit uncomfortable. But, I will not give in! Each time I do have an urge, i kind of ask myself where that came from....I tell myself Ive never smoked so I shouldnt be having an urge to smoke. Probably sounds wonky but it works. Have a wonderful smoke free weekend. I'm going to enjoy my 9 year old grandson this weekend. He's one of the reasons for my quit.
