So there i was loading my grocery packages in my car and I could smell something aweful outside. It is cold and it was drifting my way - and then I saw "IT". A couple was smoking outside of their car in the parking lot - a routine I did often, but the stench - and I do mean rotten smelly smell I was in awe of just how yucky it was to me. I am still sort of shocked that I didn't notice it before but I did tonight and I smiled to myself as I got into my vehicle and smelled the wonderful interior of my non smoked in vehicle.
I have had my struggles this week - so far yesterday was worse than anything, but as I read on this site - smoking would not have changed anything that happened yesterday, nor will it tomorrow or the next. I can do this without the puff of the cigarrette - and each day I feel stronger, breath better, and feel clearer.
