Well hi everyone, it's been a really long hectic week at work. So glad it's Friday and even better I don't have to work this weekend! I am getting ready to grab my knitting and unwind. I went for a walk this morning early before work. This may sound crazy but I have learned at lot from my past quits over the past 3 years and this knowledge is a really good thing! i am only using the gum when I really need it, and that seems to be working well for me. I am starting to wait 10- 15 minutes before popping in the gum. So I am getting there, I think I only used 4 pieces today! I missed all of you this week. I was so busy at work I didn't have a moment to log in. Glad to see everyone is still going strong! Hope you all have a terrific weekend!
