Hello friends! I have been traveling and have really missed reading your blogs... But the good news is this trip has been WONDERFULLY smoke free (one slip... I'm over it!) and DAY 10 IS HERE!
I have actually weened myself off of the gum already, and can't wait to get home to be able to exercise... but today I'm hiking in Vermont!
So... no big news other than the lungs are doing fine... and I REALLY smell a lot better these days! LOL.
