Do not be fooled by the title day 731 is almost complete, or should I say my second repetition. Of 365 days. 2 years down and many more to come. I didn't realize I did this last year but I unintentionally started my second year off as if I had just quit smoking. Protecting myself 1 day at a time and as time went on it got easier and easier. Just some food for thought for those of you that may be just starting your quit or if you are starting year 16.
