Only by the grace of GOD I am still smoke free. This is a journey which will take the rest of my life. It is a never ending journey. The road is long and bumpy but I will continue to protect my QUIT. I have had no cravings or urges to pick up, But I know that I can't get comfortable and say that I have this addiction beat. For at any given time it can HAPPEN!! MAY GOD BLESS US ALL WITH ANOTHER SMOKE FREE DAY.
