OK I did it I made it to one year! As I said many times before the journey is not over. This is just one stop of many on the journey to QUIT. I must continue to protect and maintain my QUIT at all cost. I will use all the tools I have at my disposal not to light up again. MAY GOD BLESS US ALL WITH ANOTHER SMOKE FREE DAY.
