This is the longest I've gone not smoking... EVER,.. I'm excited, but also scared too. I am worried that after my surgery I'm going to grab a pack of cigarettes. I don't want to, but I really only did this so that I could have Lap Band Surgery. It wasn't about doing it for me. It was the fact that my surgeon said "I wont do the surgery unless you quit!" That made me do this. I hope i stay strong enough after my surgery to keep away from the cigarettes
