Once we decide to bite the bullet and take back our lives from the clutches of the horrid nicotine poison THEN it's a really good idea to educate ourselves on how powerful the addiction really is whether it's smoking AND or Vaping or dipping they're all highly addictive AND definitely difficult to quit BUT doable as long as we're willing determined and totally committed to succeed then we will persevere through the roller coaster ride of cravings and moodswings and lack of sleep! Believe it! We can AND will succeed in living a LIFE of Freedom! Sticking with N.O.P.E is vital to our quality of life because breathing is essential to living!
