Once we bite the bullet and decide to quit the horrid nicotine poison THEN we MUST keep our quits in TACT ~ N.M.W ~ No Matter what > is happening in our lives! Once we decide then we need to educate ourselves I found that for me reading everything I could find right here on this site was enough to strengthen my resolve to kick the nicotine poison to the curb permanently AND with the help of this community I made it through AND so will you! It's Definitely NOT easy at times BUT it's absolutely doable AND totally worth it to be Free! ~ D.E.B.S ~ Decide ~ Educate ~ Believe ~ Succeed > Vigilance is key to Freedom!
