Well I finally hit my goal of 25 yesterday; but I know tomorrow is my quit day; and I really have to focus on my goal of cutting back even more today. I need to focus on each cigarette and really decide if I really need it not want it. I did a lot of switching things up yesterday so I will have to do more switching up today. I found that I can have 1 cigarette instead of 5 in the morning to start my day, and I found that I don’t need a cigarette after I eat or take my meds during the day I just have to find something else to do. I have noticed though that I am getting more tired and want to take more than 1 nap a day; but I take 1 and watch tv until the other one passes. I have also found myself cutting back on how much coffee I drink during the day. I have gone from 2 pots to 1 which is probably more healthier for me; but is causing me to get headaches.
