I reluctantly spent the VERY pricy 14 mg patch kit. After buying it I felt empowered! I’ve been meaning to find that strength for about a year now. Almost $40.00 for two weeks of patches. Afterwords I said to myself, it’s money well spent. You’d be spending that much on cigarettes so…also got low fat twizzlers. I’m thinking about my triggers and am wondering something. Two things actually. I saw somewhere on this site that there is 24/7 help. I need to have where it is on the site memorized to help with certain triggers. It said you reach out somewhere and someone will get back to you in 15 minutes. I need help with where and how to use. Also anyone have a suggestion for my “I need to feel “sneaky or independent urge” it’s a weird one, but, one that goes back to when I was a child.
