Wow @Giulia that is a wonderful milestone. I have read so many of your blogs in Best of Ex and your words have helped me stay committed in this quit, not making excuses anymore and celebrating a life free from those horrible killer cigarettes. So "thank you" doesn't sound like words enough to express my gratitude to you. Blessings be upon you. --Raissa 144 days
@Jennifer-Quit Jennifer! Thank you so much for remembering. What a sweet thing to do. And you're coming up VERY SOON on your 10 year anniversary. That's a real special one.
I have an 18 year blog in the works, just haven't finished it. I'm getting slower in the writing creative process. But you all helped me maintain this quit of mine. I've watched you through your journeys and they have reminded me of the tough days and the easy days and the perseverance necessary to keep on this smoke-free path. At this stage it's REAL EASY. And it just keeps getting easier. And if you're new to this - beieve that. None of us long-term quitters could have survived if it hadn't gotten easier!
Thanks for the support. It always means a lot! Stay true to you and never let it go.

I am a 65 year old single woman. I quit smoking at 55 and my only regret is that I did not quit sooner. Freedom from cigarettes is truly a wonderful feeling!
