Haven't been here in awhile but I always refer anyone wanting to quit to this great support group. You see, thanks to my 40+ years of smoking, I've been very busy battling Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma for two years which I am thankfully in remission now. I was given eight months to live in 2010! Another open heart surgery sidelined me in November 2012 for a few months. A very difficult recovery due to the COPD smoking has blessed me with. I now need oxygen thanks to Phillip Morris. Seriously, I was an adult and the choice was mine so I'm to blame 100%.
To all you young smokers out there, please throw them away. You look ugly with a cigarette in your hand and you smell awful. Your clothes stink and your breath stinks. Your face will wrinkle faster than a non-smoker. Yes, I'm trying to knock some sense into you. I wish someone made me stop but it was cool in the 1960's. It's not cool now.
