I found an email in my inbox, stating that I had been mentioned in a post in this Ex community. I haven't visited this website in a long time. But am here today to say that I have unwaveered in my quit since May 2, 2011. Not one puff ever. NOPE.
I chose to log in today to encourage all of you. There are a million excuses to light a cigarette. There will NEVER be a good REASON. Skip the excuses to light up...list your reasons for never lighting up again.
Best wishes as you navigate this time in your life. Be gentle, give yourself grace, and above all...don't light another cigarette ever!
