It was a chilly start to the day at only +4°C BUT It's going to warm up to at least 17 °C PLUS it's sunny it's hard to believe the destruction of hurricane Fiona! Just 3 hours south of me in Shediac N.B and 6 hrs into Halifax PLUS Prince Edward Island And Newfoundland got battered some places are in a state of emergency! Mother Nature can be so cruel!!! LIFE happens BUT relapsing isn't the answer EVER!!! We MUST keep stepping forward so we can remain Smokefree AND or Vapefree or Dip Free!!! The CHOICE is Ours!!! It's NOT always easy to remain faithful to our precious quits especially in the early stages!!! We MUST always remember and ~ N.E.F ~ Never Ever Forget ~ JUST how horrid it was in those early days and weeks because NONE OF US has ever go back to another Day ONE only Days WON will do!!!!!
