Hello friends and new quitters! I sorry I don't seem to blog as much as I'd like to anymore. I'll try to be more diligent and supportive. I just wanted to check in and let everyone know I am still going strong at 466 days quit. I have now started trying to work off the 20 pounds I gained. I am spending a lot of time at the city park and at the gym and reverting back to a low carb diet which is the only one that ever worked for me in the past.
