TOday I'm celebrating 30 days of smoke -free freedom, Yes I'm free... THanking God everystep of the way. I feel so good. took a walk with my family..for the first time I didn't get out of breath....WOw, it really felt good. My workouts have been amazing. Smoking and overweight just did not look good on me. I felt so out of control!!

Yes, No more cigg ,yes I say that knowingI feel so much better without them!!
