Thank you, @RainbowHeart ! I’m going to send this to my Dad, who has very bad COPD. I know that the breathlessness he experiences makes him feel very anxious. I think I’ll try it also — I need to learn to be more mindful about how I breathe. Maybe it will help me feel less anxious too! This is super cool. I hope you have a good day!

Since it's an information article, I think it's fine to post.  If it helps, that would be wonderful.  Does sound like something folks would want to check with their doctor first, though.
