Hi all you Exers!!! I just wanted to drop in and say thanks to all you guys for your posts and comments over the last few months !!! With out all of you guys this would of been almost impossible there were many days in the beginning when all I would do is sit and read blogs for hours on end. I'm pretty sure that was the difference between smoking and not smoking so if it wasn't for all the fine people on this site I wouldn't be sitting here tonight on day #129 So with that being said I was wondering if I can come OUT OF NO MANS LAND NOW PLEASE!!!!! (LOL) Actually I'll anwer this one for you and it is a big resounding HECK YEA!!!The last few days have been great with barely any thoughts about smoking and feeling so much healthier in so many ways. So keep doing what you guys do and remember NOPE !!!!!
