I've been a pack a day smoker for over 20 years. I did quit once for 2 years and I felt so great. I was scared cause I couldn't remember a moment in my life without those dang things. But I did and I want to do it again. I never lost the urge to have one though.
Well, now I'm here and want to feel good again. I remember how the body appreciates the smoke free life, that I was able to taste different waters?
Iam thinking about taking Chantix, cause it scares me again (?) just to quit from one day to another. I have a job, where I have alot of down time. Especially nights.... Hmmm?
My quit plan says March 2nd, I'm not sure if that would be too long but then, OMG. Really? Already? For good? Then what?
