I don't know if this is a big deal to anyone else, but it is to me. On Wed I filled out a medical form, and under DO YOU SMOKE? I checked the NO box. This is the first time in my adult life that I could check that box. It really felt good. I was so tired of nurses and doctors telling me that I was killing myself, because, of course, I knew that. But knowing and doing are really far apart sometimes.
And then there was the interview, and the medical tech asked the same thing. I don't know why they ask you to fill out the forms if they are going to ask you the same questions , but never mind, I got to say again NO, I DON'T SMOKE.
Felt real good.
