Benefits of not smoking

First thing I noticed when I quit smoking was smell. I could smell things so much more intense. My food tasted better. I stopped waking up couging. I told myself I would not be one of those"bitchy" non-smokers, but I truly get nauseated when I smell cig. smoke. I have so much more energy now. What did you noticed most when you stop smoking?
