I quit smoking 430 days ago. I celebrated each and every day for the first month. Now I simply quietly applaud every now and then 🙂
Be yourself as you quit. Find yourself in your quit. You are a lovely person inside with amazing talents, strengths, and courage. It's all there. You just have to use it. I can promise you that you will never, ever regret quitting.
So who are you? Are you funny? Are you creative? Are you calm? Can you write? Draw? Build?
