Hello everyone,

I haven't been close to this site for a while now. The last three months were very busy and stressful. I began smoking. Now I am preparing myself for another quit date. I am reading The Easyway to stop smoking to get my mind set for this quit. I did not decided on a quit date yet, but all I know is that it has to be soon.
