I quit with relative ease a few weeks back. I took some medication and it led me back to a relapse. Now I have started a new and am doing excellent. The money savings are an excellent motivator! I used my cigarette money to purchase my Optimum Core Sports Package! I love sports so this gives me more resolve. It's weird I rarely think of tobacco or nicotine. I have minimal to zero cravings. I went cold Turkey (my choice) and tossing out my ashtray, lighter, and most importantly my cigarettes! Never thought I'd see the day I would throw cigarettes in the garbage! Feeling hopeful.
