so i logged on to read blogs like i do every night, and when my quit clock came up my jaw hit the floor. I have been smoke free for 50 days!!!!!!! not nicotine free because i am on patch, although less then a month and im done with that.I cant tell you guys how much the support and advice from everyone on this site has meant . i really have to say that this site has been the difference this time:) last nite my wife and I became cpr certified wich was something that ive wanted to do for a long time!!! while we were there we took a break (it was a four hour class) and for the first time i didnt break for the door to have a smoke lol, hung out inside with the nonsmokers:) will be starting my EMT classes in september and cant wait (also something ive been wanting to do for awhile) so wish me luck!!!!! stay strong everyone and have a good weekend !!!!
