Just here for a quick shout out to all of you that held my hand 11 years ago when I came here whining, complaining and convinced it was gonna be too difficult to live without smoking! You gave me the tools that taught me how to quit and supported me through all my ups and downs!! I am forever grateful and still in shock at how much my ‘quit’ changed my life!!
