Good Morning Everyone 🙂 My name is Sonia and I have made up my mind that this has got to be done and im getting ready. I have attempted several times in the past 2 yrs but I always give in either because I cant find ways to deal with stress or the sight of someone else smoking. I wished I had a magic wand to wave and everyone quits once and for all. Now don’t get me wrong im not one of those since I have to quit everyone does. I have beaten myself up over this addiction and feel in some ways wronged by our Government for allowing us to ingest poisons. Tobacco is tobacco but why add more damage to an already hooked person? Anyway that’s another conversation in itself, LOL. I am looking for any tools to keep my husband and I on track and staying quit once and for all. This is not just a mind set this is a whole life transformation!
