I couldn't believe myself - as I was walking out of the hospital after being in for two days for a very scary heart episode - I had a craving for a cigarette.I realized that this was my first time exiting the hospital and not having a smoke. As soon as I reminded myself of the "firsts" thing I was able to put the craving aside. I'm doing well now and thank all of you soooooooooo much for the wonderful well-wishes and support. It meant the world to me!!
My father passed away last nite, however. He did not suffer tremendously. He is now at peace and with my mother. Will be busy with the funeral for the next few days.
