It has been over 8 months since I quit smoking. It has been a very long journey. I quit for a specific reason, to get in better shape to get into the military. Yesterday I was sworn into the United States Navy. I have lost 40lbs since I quite smoking and was able to join the armed services. You can quit if you really want to 😃 Good luck everyone.
